Mr. Hemendra M. Kothari
Hemendra Kothari founded the company “DSP Financial Consultants Ltd.” (DSP) in 1975 which has evolved into a full fledged financial services organisation with offices in all the major metros in the country. He served as the Chairman of the Company till 2009. He is also a member of several leading representative trade forums including Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI).
He previously was the president of the Bombay Stock Exchange. He is also the founder, chairman, and managing trustee of the Wildlife Conservation Trust (WCT), a non-profit trust that strengthens the protection of forest ecosystems and mitigates climate change. WCT currently works in 120 national parks and reserves across India and at the heart of its work is the development of communities who live in and around India’s protected areas.
Mr. Yogesh M. Kothari
Yogesh Kothari founded Alkyl Amines Chemicals Ltd. and is the Chairman & Managing Director at this company. He is also a member of the Management Committee at Indian Merchants’ Chamber and on the board of 6 other companies.
Previously, he was the Chairman for Diamines & Chemicals Ltd. and Vice President at Indian Chemical Council.
Ms. Aditi Kothari Desai
Aditi Kothari Desai is the Chairperson of DSP Asset Managers Pvt Ltd. (DSPAM). She also serves as a member of the Executive Committee.
Aditi is passionate about the digitization of the financial sector and was instrumental in the launch of all DSP’s digital platforms including its investment platform, education platform, corporate platform and its distributor platform. She is very focused on the future of investment management and its distribution and is therefore very engaged in fintech for the wealth space. Aditi also leads financial wellness initiatives at DSPAM and was instrumental in launching Winvestor, a special initiative aimed at empowering women with confidence and financial knowledge to plan for their economic and long-term security.
Aditi is a Trustee in the Hemendra Kothari Foundation as well as the Wildlife Conservation Trust. She is passionate about viewing and saving wildlife. Apart from being an Independent Director at Godrej Agrovet, she also serves on the Board of DASRA, a leading strategic philanthropy foundation in India.
Aditi is also an Advisory Council Member with the British Asian Trust.

Mr. Aritra De
Aritra De has worked in the education &. health sectors for more than a decade. He has also worked and mentored multiple start-ups.
He has led many projects over the last 18 years from starting schools to spearheading start-up organisations. He has previously worked with Goldman Sachs, Teach for India and Tata Trusts.
Currently, he heads the more than 100-year-old organisation, MVBS Trust. The Trust provides boarding facilities along with different types of scholarships to deserving college students from economically weaker families.
