How to Apply
If you are interested in applying for admission, send us an email with the following information:
a) Short essay on “Why do you think that you are a good fit to join this hostel?”
b) A short note explaining your short-term and long-term study and career aspirations.
c) Family income proof [Income Tax Return of AY 2022-23 and AY 2023-24].
d) Photographs of your Grade 10 mark-sheet and Grade 12 mark-sheet.
e) Your current college and course name.
f) Your phone number.

Apart from the criteria for selection of students, the eligibility criteria also include but are not limited to:
- Indian nationals residing in India.
- Minimum 18 years.
- Have cleared the 12th or equivalent examination.
- Family Income is less than 5 lakhs per year.
- Good academic track record.
Shortlisted candidates will be intimated about their selection by email.
The seats are awarded to highly motivated students who demonstrate excellence in the field of:
- Medicine
- Business (MBA)
- Engineering
- Doctorates (Ph.D.)
- Arts
- Music
- Sports
- Law

Fees
- Rs. 76,000/- p.a to be collected annually.
- Interest-Free Refundable Security Deposit: Rs. 5,000 .
- Financial Aid: Highly Motivated students with Excellence in their respective fields will be eligible for Partial or Full Scholarship towards their hostel fees. This will be purely need-based and will be sanctioned solely at the discretion of the Trustees.
- Modes of Payment of Admission Fee: NEFT, Cheque.
FAQ
How do I apply?
All applications must be sent via email ONLY. Details are mentioned on this webpage. Kindly note that the mere fact that you have applied does not imply that your candidature has been accepted by the Hostel Management. It may be noted that the Hostel Management will take up verification of eligible candidates, i.e., educational qualifications and category with reference to original documents. You may therefore note that if at any stage you do not satisfy the eligibility criteria as given in the notification or the information furnished by you in the application is incorrect, your candidature is liable to be cancelled forthwith with such further actions as Hostel Management may like to take.
What are the different type of Scholarships that are provided?
We provide the following type of scholarships in academic year 2022-23:
- Towards preparation for higher studies
- Towards additional courses in line with current learning goals
- Hostel fee
- College fee
- Tuition fee of Higher education courses
- Pursuit of startup idea (upto pilot phase)
* Kindly note that all the scholarships are ONLY open to students who are selected and are already a part of the hostel.
* All scholarships are handled on an individual to individual basis by the trust management team. Hence, the amount of scholarship support will vary from student to student.
What is the amount payable for the application process?
The application fee is Nil. Application are to be sent over email as mentioned on this webpage above.
How are the candidates informed?
Only shortlisted candidates are intimated about their selection by email. Due to high volume of applications, we regret our inability to respond individually to the candidates who have not been shortlisted.
What is the mode of payment for fees?
The fee is payable using NEFT and cheque.
What is Time Limit for payment of fees?
Admission fee is payable within 10 days from the day of receipt of admission confirmation and before joining the hostel. If there is any financial issue, the student is supposed to intimate the Admissions team by replying to the selection confirmation email.
